Sound Knowledge of Payment Product like Cards, NetBanking, UPI, EMI, PayLater 

Work closely with clients (Business Development Team and Project Management team) to understand RFPs/RFQs. 

Gather functional and technical requirement from Clients through Calls, Emails and online/offline meetings. 

Draft comprehensive proposals with detailed SOW (Scope of Work), flow diagrams, and wire frames.

Coordinate with Project team to get effort estimation for the proposals and present same to the Business Development Team. Validate resource requirements and develop cost estimate models.

Requirement gathering, preparing data flows and mapping information. 

Practical experience of Project management tools like JIRA, ZOHO, Trello, etc.

Detailed User stories writing as per scope of project 

Should be able to translate business requirements into technical specifications for the development team. 

Proven Analytical abilities. Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes 

Practical Experience generating Process Documentation, Product Documents, and reports. 

Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning within the various departments and programs of the client group

Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports
